Archiving Policy

The International Journal of Medical Laboratory Research (IJMLR) is committed to the permanent preservation and accessibility of all published content to support scholarly communication and ensure that knowledge remains available to the global scientific community.

*Digital Preservation:

IJMLR archives all published articles through the Internet Archive (archive.org). This trusted digital library preserves snapshots of our website and published content, allowing researchers and readers to access articles even if the primary site becomes unavailable. Archived content can be accessed via the Wayback Machine.

*Self-Archiving (Green Open Access):
Authors are allowed and encouraged to deposit the following versions of their manuscript in institutional repositories, subject repositories, and personal websites:

  • Pre-print version (before peer review)

  • Post-print version (after peer review, accepted manuscript)

  • Published version (Version of Record), in accordance with the journal’s copyright and licensing terms.

*Permanent Access:
In the event of journal discontinuation or platform migration, all published content will remain accessible through permanent archival systems and will continue to be available via the journal’s official website.

*DOI and Metadata Management:
Each published article is assigned a Digital Object Identifier (DOI) through CrossRef, ensuring permanent linking, reliable citation, and comprehensive metadata preservation.
